CHILDREN’S CHECKERED FLAG CLUB
In 1999, the Children’s Checkered Flag Club was created to encourage racing enthusiasts & Children’s Hospital supporters to make a tax-deductible gift of $1,000 or more to Children’s Hospital.  In 2002 over $36,000 was raised!

CHILDREN’S CHECKERED FLAG CLUB CHAMPIONS
In 2002, the Checkered Flag Club added a new division to the giving club, the Children’s Checkered Flag Club Champions.  Donors were asked to contribute $10,000 to become a “Champion” member.  An overwhelming $150,000 was raised!

INDIVIDUAL GIFTS
Many racing enthusiasts who participate in the Pacific Northwest Historics make individual donations to the Hospital through the SOVREN Guild to help underwrite expenses.  Tax-deductible gifts range from $100 to $10,000.

IN-KIND DONATIONS
The Pacific Northwest Historics weekend has become famous not only for its racing, but also because of its hospitality and parties.  In-kind donations of food, supplies, party space, etc. ensure the success of our parties and services.  In addition, other services such as graphic design, printing, advertising, and cellular phones are donated to the event.  These donations allow us increase our cash donation to Children’s.

INTERNATIONAL RACE OF EXECUTIVES (IROE)
The I.R.O.E. is an opportunity for ten business leaders to spend an action-packed day on the track at Pacific Raceway complete with professional driving instruction in brand new Mercedes-Benz automobiles, competitive racing, and an awards ceremony.  Each executive makes a donation of $10,000 to Children’s for this rare and exciting opportunity.  The I.R.O.E. began in 1996 and since then, $700,000 has been raised for Children’s Hospital.

PROGRAM ADVERTISING
Each year the SOVREN Guild produces a color program for guests to enjoy during the race weekend.  In order to support the program, local businesses and individuals place ads.  Advertising is a wonderful opportunity for you to show your support and advertise your products and services to approximately 10,000 car and racing enthusiasts.  For information on submitting an ad, see the attached information.  Click here for the  – ad spec form in WORD format

SILENT AUCTION
During the race weekend, the Saturday dinner and auction is a highlight for the drivers, crew and guests.  Last year, the silent auction included items such as dinner certificates, race memorabilia, artwork and car-related items.  The auction raised close to $16,000 for Children’s.  To donate an auction item, see the attached procurement form.
